Shipping & Delivery

This page explains how we ship physical products, how digital products are delivered, and what to expect after you place an order.


What ships (and what doesn’t)

Physical products (for example: mounts, clips, cases, or other tangible items) ship via common carriers.

Digital products (guides, STL files, downloadable content) are delivered electronically to the email address used at checkout. There is no physical shipment for digital items.


Processing time (before shipment)

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

If an item is pre-order, back-ordered, or custom-built, the product page will note it and processing may take longer.


Estimated delivery time (after shipment)

United States

Standard shipping: typically 3–7 business days

Expedited options (when available) will be shown at checkout

International

Typically 7–21 business days depending on destination and service

Customs processing can add additional time


Shipping costs

Shipping costs (if any) are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected service.

Free shipping promotions, if offered, will be clearly shown at checkout and/or on product pages.


Duties, taxes, and import fees

For international orders, customers are responsible for customs duties, VAT, and import fees where applicable. These costs are not controlled by us and may be due upon delivery.


Tracking and delivery issues

Once your physical order ships, a tracking number will be emailed (when available).

If a package is marked delivered but you didn’t receive it, check with neighbors or your local carrier branch first, then contact us for next steps.


Wrong addresses and returned shipments

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping may require an additional shipping charge.


Lost/damaged packages

If your physical shipment arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact us with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with the carrier and aim to resolve it promptly.


Returns & refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to our Refund Policy. Physical products must be returned in the condition described there, and digital products are non-returnable once access has been granted.
