Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible physical products. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at go@buildwithparallel.com. Approved returns will receive instructions for where and how to send the item. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Digital Products
Digital guides, build manuals, and downloadable content are delivered electronically and are considered non-returnable once access has been granted.
If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will ensure you receive proper access to your files.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If a physical item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to request a return (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return eligible physical merchandise within 14 days of receipt, provided the item remains unused and in original packaging.
This right does not apply to digital downloads once access has been provided.
Refund Processing
If your return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
