SkyMesh V4 – LoRa Drone Mount (STL Files)
SkyMesh V4 is a 3D-printable drone mount designed to carry Heltec LoRa boards securely in flight. It is fully compatible with both the Heltec LoRa32 V3 and the new Heltec LoRa32 V4, giving you flexibility whether you’re running existing gear or moving to the higher-power V4 platform.
Why you might want it: Getting a LoRa node airborne extends mesh range dramatically — enabling you to reacquire coordinates on missing nodes and adjust your ops accordingly.
The mount is optimized for drone use with: - Vertical antenna orientation – holds the SMA antenna upright for maximum coverage at altitude. - Lightweight, open-face geometry – reduces material use and payload weight.
Secure banding system – integrates with optional printed buttons and strap guides to hold the board stable on most quadcopter frames.
